Great nursing, loving aides, the one thing I would change is moving the resident at the end of 200 hall. She plays her tv so loud, my loved one on 300 can’t sleep.

Staff has horrible time management and very bad beside manners. They claim they are "short staffed" and I while I can understand, its not an excuse to treat patients poorly and not care for or neglect them. These are people's lives being dealt with. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not in the future.

Terrible place found out by my grandfathers new rehab center that this place is a skilled nursing center and they don’t take care of the patients here!! They are very rude to them scream and yell at them snd force them to do stuff they don’t want to do. They barely bathed him or cut his nails at all and didn’t make sure he was fed while being at this place he lost 10-15 pounds he looked so sick while staying here. They rarely did pt for him and always had him in his room never did anything for him and the placed smelled bad!! One day we came and the front desk man had my grandfathers phone we thought was very suspicious why he even had his phone in the first place. He’s now in a new center and looks so much better !!

I have a loved one here and overall the management and caregiving staff and just all of the staff there are so hard-working my only complaint is that they get the resident with behaviors a little on check with-some type of medication regimen that works for them because they are so loud especially over in the 200 hall area my loved one gets woken up all the time and caused me and I can hear a lady yelling and singing with her TV on at the same time I don't know what else to do because he really likes it there. This is the last place that he intended to go to to spend the rest of his days left in his life and now we have a screaming lady.

Such a wonderful staff! Janice is the sweetest❤️ All of the staff are great. My dad was here for about five weeks to help gain his strength after chemo. He couldn’t walk anymore. He loved the staff, food, and therapy workouts. Everyone is very friendly. He definitely improved here. The only issue we had was a couple of days ago, the head manager came into his room, continuously throughout the morning. Talking about how, she needed info on his insurance policy. At one point, she came back into his room, with the head workout girl and two other people and confronted him on his insurance update. She stated, he would have to leave if he didn’t get that info to her soon. We got the correct information for them. Then, Felicity came back to my dad’s room and made him feel like he wasn’t allowed to stay there any longer. My dad felt really bad, like he was being kicked out. He was hoping to stay a little longer to gain more strength. He lives a lone and is a high risk for fall. Felicity said, since he has gained enough strength, he doesn’t qualify to stay there, any longer. We weren’t aware there was a time limit for patients, on their behalf. However, the way that she confronts patients and talks down to them is belittling. She immediately had us sign discharge papers and they gave him until Saturday by noon to leave. At that point, my dad felt un-welcomed, so we took him out early. She is not very good at communicating with patients in need. There is a way to communicate without being rude and making the patient feel awful. She left a bad impression with us.
