When we began the process of finding help for our mother, we had no idea what or how to go about setting up care. The folks at the Rockwall office made the whole process so easy. Their flexibility was a big help for us. We highly recommend them for anyone in need of such care.

My experience with Visiting Angels spans an arduous, 9 months. My mother had rapidly developing dementia, heart and lung disease. I lived with her full time so caretakers chosen needed to work well with my mother as well as me, also add a 70lb American Bully to the mix. Shanda handled this equation with the deftness of a Super Bowl quarterback, which, to be honest, is exactly what my family needed. We had Ash from day one and later added Amber, and the two were my dynamic duo. Shanda provided a personal sounding board, capable caregivers, and gave me the support I needed to be able to be a daughter in my mom’s last days. I cannot express what this service meant to me. How do you put peace of mind in words? How do you put security, kindness, capability, humor, strength, resilience in words? All I can say is thank you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I felt respected, heard, supported, and I knew my mom was safe. Thank you.

We have been using Visiting Angels in Rockwall for over a year now and we have had an excellent experience, both with our compassionate and amazing home health caregiver and the administrative staff! They have all helped us to manage the hurdles of caregiving in our home and I could not have done it without their great help! As a result, I would highly recommend Visiting Angels in Rockwall! We used Visiting Angels in our home to help care for our Mom while she was on hospice. We couldn’t have done it without them! The caregivers were polite, respectful, discreet and made our experience as pleasant as possible considering we were losing a loved one. Thank you the support I got from your office Yall gave me and my family hope when my mother was placed on Hospices and needed 24 hour Care and hospice didn't provide that. When I called, had no idea what I was going to do but with the quick response from Shanda at Visiting Angels. I had a caregiver there to help right away.
