I can not say enough great things about Broadmoor! Rachel is the best of the best. She knew us by name and helped make the last 10 days of my mother in laws life as pleasant as possible while always making sure we were also ok and taken care of. The nurses-Kimberly, Maria, and several others that I apologize I just don’t remember their names-were incredible in a very difficult situation and time. Any concerns we had were addressed and corrected immediately. We did get married at the Broadmoor many years ago when my mother in law had fallen and broken several bones and was there for rehab so to come for circle and be able to do hospice there was a blessing for all of us! Thank you all so much for everything and I apologize for not remembering all names, it was a rough 10 days.

The decision to place a loved one in skilled nursing is so difficult and the fear of making a wrong choice is so real. Sadly my mom has come to that point with my dad and I went with her to visit skilled nursing facilities for my dad yesterday. Our trepidation immediately eased with the friendly, caring professionalism we experienced from everyone here at Broadmoor. James personally introduced himself to us and you can tell he genuinely cares about their mission and all the people they help. He introduced us to Rachel and her compassionate, “don’t worry we will take care of it for you” demeanor quickly sealed the decision that this is where we want him to be. That spirit resonated in everyone we met - the front desk lady, the head of physical therapy, the head of HR, and the cleaning staff. This place is special and they hire the best people. Also I wanted to mention that it did not smell like a nursing home. Every inch of this place is clean and smells good. It feels welcoming and homey.

I recently visited with James, who took over earlier this year as the new Administrator at Broadmoor. His energy, concern for finding the best staff and passion for quality patient care were impressive. From the fresh-baked cookies at the front desk to the clean facility and caring staff, I could tell that Broadmoor is continually improving and they prioritize a compassionate patient experience and outcomes. I would be very comfortable referring my mom to Broadmoor for any rehab or long-term care needs.

Have had aging parent here now twice and both times great experiences. Attentive staff, decent meals and everything you need. Shout out to Grace at the front desk, super friendly and helpful. Also Rosalynn and Mike for going above and beyond. Some interior needs to be maintained / updated would be my only request. Great facility.

I was here following surgery for a broken arm. The physical rehab was great! I had two very wonderful nurses. One was Marlee on day shift and Roslyn night shift. Unfortunately those are the only positive reviews I can submit! The food was horrible and very small portions.I lost 5 pounds in less than a week. Food was mostly cold. If I did not hit the nurse call button, no one even checked on me! My sheets were changed once in the approximately10 days I was there! Sorry for the less than positive review. Telling it like it was!
