My mom moved to Highland Meadows in 2017 for long term care. Mom decided she wanted her independence back. During her time she ran the gift shop with assistance from the activity director. Mom had a very active and social life which she had missed living with us. It was a sad day for me when she left. Mom blossomed there with many friends and staff that became like family. Thank you Highland family, staff, doctors, physical therapy! The office and social workers, kitchen staff, laundry staff, maintenance and cleaning staff. Highland Meadows is filled with excellent people! Thank you all for loving my Mom! Trinity Hospice Team were amazing in final weeks of Mom’s life! I thank God for each and every one of you!<br><br>I would highly recommend anyone to check out Highland Meadows for your loved and cherished family!

If I could give this place ten stars I would. My husband arrived in a wheelchair and left walking out of this wonderful establishment.<br>Dr Bui has the best care team. There are so many people to mention and I would not remember everyone's name. So many people are not in this capture.<br>We had a warm greeting when checking in the facility.The nurses are caring. The aids are helpful in every way. The physical therapy department is amazing. The maintenance and cleaning staff keep this place looking great and smells clean and sanitized at all times. The food prep staff provides nutritious meals that are served hot.<br>Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent care my husband received. We will miss you all.

My 100-year-old grandmother had a fall and went to Highland Meadows for her rehabilitation. My interactions with Elizabeth and Wendy were flawless. Both were caring, professional, and guided me through the process of admittance easily. During my grandmother's stay, she encountered so many kind and caring folks. Mary in Physical Therapy and Tasha in the nursing staff are just a couple of the MANY wonderful folks we encountered. Thank you all, you are all so appreciated.

Highland Meadows is an excellent nursing and rehabilitation center. Working as a hospice chaplain for the past 22 years, I have never ever witnessed such a compassionate, attentive staff, proactive communication, high cleanliness standards, and engaging resident physical therapy. I am now on the other side, as my spouse had a massive stroke a little over a month ago and received inpatient rehab at Highland Meadows. There is no other place I would have even considered for her to receive this care. From the admission coordinator, the CNAs, the nurses, the physical therapists, the social workers, the dietary staff and the housekeeping and reception staff….please know that Carol and I are grateful to you all. The qualified and outstanding staff is number one, the cleanliness of every part of the building and the welcoming atmosphere makes Highland Meadows the only place I will recommend to anyone seeking rehab or nursing care.
