I gave my contact information to the Amelia Island website. You forwarded my information to the Kissimmee office. Without asking questions. Stupid and it turns me off very much. I gave information for my parent, and listed it as such. Why would you think my parent lives here with me? I wanted information for where my parent will need such service in Fernandina Beach. Cancel my request. Your lack of professionalism alarms me.

I arranged for a ride to Baptist Health for a procedure that was scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Associate Dawn arrived; however, her vehicle was filthy. I notified the office immediately. In addition, riding with Dawn was unsafe as she did not know how to use GPS. She repeated missed exits and turns. At one point she stopped in the middle of the intersection downtown after realizing she missed a turn. Again, I informed the office of the unsafe driving situation. They stated they would try to arrange another driver. My check-in was at 9:00 a.m. I was required to have your associate with me to verify I had a safe ride home due to needed sedation for the procedure. At 9:15, the facility informed me they had to cancel my procedure because I did not have the required responsible party available. Please see the pictures of Dawn's vehicle which includes a dead frog stuck in the window of the door I sat next to. I was concerned about getting a staph infection riding in Dawn's car. The experience was horrible. Dawn claimed she thought she was driving my vehicle. I have never had a Visiting Angels representative drive my vehicle and I have used your service three times.
