From the very beginning, the staff has treated my husband with kindness and respect. They see beyond his difficult moments. Their calm, gentle approach and genuine concern have brought comfort not only to him but also to me.<br>Knowing that he is safe and cared for by people who truly understand dementia has given me tremendous peace of mind. Every member of the team has shown professionalism, patience, and heartfelt compassion, even on his most challenging days.<br>I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care my husband receives every day. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they show him. Their dedication has made this difficult journey much easier, and I will always be thankful for the difference they have made in our lives.

I can't say enough positive and beautiful things about Village Creek. The staff are all warm, welcoming and inviting. The care the residents receive is the best I've ever seen. They do monthly outings as well as social events in the facility. Everyone here is a big family and they always make sure everyone feels included. The rehabilitation services are on a whole other level! The rehab crew do everything they can to help the residents get back to being as independent as possible. The nursing staff always pay attention and make sure every need is met with kindness and warmth. The social worker definitely has her finger on the pulse of everyone's needs. Last, but definitely not least, the administration team strives for excellence in care planning and the improvement of quality of life.
