This is one of the best Companies that I have worked for. Awesome office staff, understanding, kind, supportive & patient they are. All three of the admin, scheduling and care-associated ladies I dealt with were patient, kind and exceptional in their fields- Mrs “TZ”, (you know who you are 🌺), who provided overnight assistance in-home, was everything and more that we could have ever wished for our mother’s company and safety.

Our family has worked with Montebello for almost 2 years, in the caring of our elderly mother who chooses to stay in her home. We have been blessed to have had a couple of long-term, consistent caregivers (not someone different for each scheduled day). The admin team has taken great care and consideration in matching personality and needs/abilities with our Mama. A phone call has never gone unanswered, an assistant/caregiver has always been provided when needed outside of our normal schedule, and they have each been loving and helpful. Mama has made great improvement in her health, strength, & mental clarity since hiring Montebello. We owe much of this success to the caregivers' time, conversations, meals, transportation to appointments, light house duties, and above all friendships with Mama. I highly recommend this great & caring team.
