The most warm and inviting staff. It feels like you’re walking into an old friend’s house to visit. Very caring group!

I visited Harmony Care today and I was very impressed. Right when I walked in I noticed it smelled great and was very welcoming. I talked with the Administrator (Darlene…and she was wonderful!) along with other staff members. They truly care about the residents. It’s a small community and the residents all seemed happy and joyous.

Please do your research and physically tour this facility before choosing it for your loved one. Review the publicly available Texas state deficiency reports and make sure you understand what they indicate about the quality of care. Although Harmony Care Beaumont claims to be “under new management,” the facility has had three different administrators in just four months. One was a temporary administrator sent by the regional office who later resigned from the corporation entirely, and the most recent is another temporary contract administrator expected to remain only until State Survey is completed. This constant turnover leaves residents without consistent leadership and with no confidence that their concerns will actually be addressed. The Director of Nursing largely runs the facility and appears to take pride in the authority that comes with the role. Unfortunately, she often shows little respect for individuals outside of corporate leadership or her own department. Her unwillingness to collaborate or communicate important information with other departments directly affects resident care. When a situation requires timely communication or teamwork, her pride frequently becomes the priority—and it is the residents who suffer because of it. There is constant delays in care, pride vs patient rights and roach infested daily. I beg you to not leave your loved one here.

Wow ! Talk about awesome people at Harmony Care At Beaumont, not only did I get treated very professionally and didn't want for anything, mainly because they were always checking to see how I felt . The food was great . Truly it was a pleasure staying there for rehabilitation after surgery. I can't thank them enough. RLByars Well it took one month for the money grubbers to call and threaten me about a 8 hours over I spent there. They lost my symbacort that cost around $1000 a bottle and should take what they think I owe them subtract it from my medication cost and pay me the difference. What a sad set of circumstances . Beward after you leave this facility
