We love , love, love,Maxim. From the top of the department to the nurses that come into our home. Our family was hit with a tragedy last year and when it was time to get skilled nursing maxim was the best choice we made. They always go above and beyond!

A good company to work for if you’re looking for full or part-time, they are very flexible. The company offers free training and skills year round. They give you an opportunity to shadow and meet with clients before you accept a shift. The office staff is professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and always available if I have questions or concerns. Care about their staff. Excellent at making sure you and the patient are comfortable with each other. Great pay and management.

As the parent of a current patient I just want to say Maxim has been like a breath of fresh air. We switched from a different company and have zero regrets. All of the staff has been amazing, accommodating, and just so sincere and nice. Thank you so much for being so great at what yall do.

I have worked for Maxim for 2 1/2 months. I work almost 2 hours from their office and they have been great at making adjustments for me since I am farther away then most and they always make sure my client and I have the supplies that we need. They always are there if I need help. I enjoy working for this company.
