My in-laws were in need of home care unexpectedly so we called Vital Steps Home Care for help. They were quick to help get us in-home services and provided excellent care for our family. I would definitely call again if needed and highly recommend them if you are needing some help.

Vital Steps and their caretakers are wonderful. We had several companies care for my mom and they were all terrible. We expected the same with Vital Steps but they have gone above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. The care and communication is excellent. They always respond to texts immediately and also give immediate feedback on my mom, who has Alzheimer’s. I cannot stress enough how this company and caretakers swooped in relieved the burden of caring for an Alzheimer’s patient. The weight of the world was lifted off our shoulders. We are no longer blindly making decisions for my mom because they are guiding us through this process. They are worth every penny and more. There aren’t enough words to express how wonderful these people are and how well this business is run.

After visiting with several companies we knew Vital Steps was the best choice for our love one . Very professional and accessible. The different caretakers were so great and caring . Definitely recommend Vital Steps.

Vital Steps and the wonderful caretakers cared for my mother for almost a year and a half. We couldn’t have asked for more from them all. My mother spent her last months being treated like a member of their family, with love and tenderness. We would recommend them highly.

This company takes care of business. Help is scheduled and arrive on time. Staff is caring and understanding. There is open communication between office, staff , and client. They do a great job with my 96 year old mother.
