My disabled uncle whom had a trachea and feeding tube was neglected. The nurses didn't check on him. He was improving before he got to the nursing home. with a trachea it needs to be suctioned. He pressed the button for the nurse and we don't know how long he went without being able to breathe . He had a mucus plug which blocked his airway. He's dead now. Please don't put your loved ones at this place it's horrible how they treat people. The staff doesn't care. They don't want to be bothered. 😭😭😭

Clean facility, excellent staff, nurses are great and very responsive. They take really good care of my grandmother. Highly recommended.

If I could choose a zero That would have been my choice they had my dad in a room with only a bed and a nightstand no cup to drink from nothing to drink at all I asked for a cup of water and they gave me a tiny little medicine cup with water in it the conditions are terrible old and outdated the nurses don’t pay any attention to the residents there I asked for a Director to come to his room no one came not a nurse no one I packed his stuff and got him out of there I would not recommend this place to anyone they need to be shut down! And to top it off they kept his prescription of Xanax that had just been refilled unbelievable

Horrible staff they don't care about those that can see, hear, and speak. This is the one in Beaumont. So far I have called many times to be changed and have to wait any where from 30 minutes til 1to2 hours.i am here because of the flooding in our area I have no where to go, my apartment had 4foot of water and I have nothing everything was ruined. They talk to me like I am a dog.

This nursing home is horrible. My father-in-law was a resident there and was treated horribly. When I tried to talk to the staff about the way he was being treated, I always got the run around. He was so unhappy there, and I am so glad that I found him another nursing home to move to that is just wonderful and he is very happy again.
