The Haven Assisted Living has been such a blessing our family. Trusting a facility to take care of an aging parent can be overwhelming and scary, but Shannon made the transition easy from day one. This place feels like home, and you can tell the staff is invested in prioritizing resident care and comfort. The Haven individualizes care to meet each resident's needs and encourages a family atmosphere with meals in the central dining area and group activities. I'm so glad we found such an exceptional place for Mom, and I sleep better knowing that she is well cared for at The Haven.

My Dad has lived at the Haven for eight months, and we are very pleased with the care and assistance he is receiving. The staff is caring and willing to help him in any way. They are more like a family than a facility. I’m very glad we found The Haven for him.

The Haven is a beautiful, boutique assisted living home set on a large lot in the countryside with horses, donkeys, ponies and a large pond . The team of staff are so very kind, caring, compassionate and attentive to all the residents. My mom has been living at The Haven for 4 months now and she loves everything about her new home; her companion, Charlie, also loves it. 🏡 🩷 We think The Haven is an exceptional place!

The Haven is not just a place it is a HOME. The staff and Shannon go above and beyond to make this home a peaceful and safe environment. This home is filled with love and concern for the residents. If you want to have peace of mind 24 hours a day that your loved ones are being cared for, then come make this your home. And there are bonuses too. Sit in a rocking chair on the front porch and enjoy watching the horses, donkeys and miniature horses. Or go fishing in the pond. Just this week one of the residents caught 15 fish. She had a wonderful time. Or just take a stroll down the driveway and enjoy the trees. Call Shannon today and move in tomorrow. And the last and best bonus is the home cooking. Shannon makes a good pot of gumbo. The residents love gumbo day. 😊

Located in Lumberton, TX, The Haven offers unparalleled comfort in a country setting surrounded by trees, a pond, a barn, and a neatly groomed pasture with friendly animals. As I searched for an assisted living facility for my longtime friend and patient, I found this picturesque country estate ‘The Haven’. I knew this would be a wonderful, safe home for my friend. As I toured the facility with the executive director Shannon Hale, I was impressed with the warm family environment and extensive safety precautions. Every detail of the décor was fine-tuned by Daniel and Shannon. From the resident’s rooms to the open concept of the kitchen, dining room, and living room to the spacious front porch. When I brought my friend to see her new home, she was so excited. She said, "This is a mansion, it’s so beautiful, when do I get to move in?"
