Silsbee Oaks took excellent care of my mom and dad until they passed. I was up there daily and saw the care and professionalism first hand. They always went above and beyond and my family and I am so grateful!

I would like to thank Silsbee Oaks Healthcare for taking care of our mother for almost 5 years . Our mom had Alzheimer’s and was bedritten for about 4 of those years . The nurses and aids were so sweet to her and I was notified anytime there was an issue . The facility is clean , never have I ever walked in and it smelled bad or felt unclean. The staff was always friendly and helped me when I needed assistance with any kind of information concerning my mother . I researched many facilities before I chose this one and if you have a loved one who needs care, I would suggest you make a trip and have a visit before you make a decision . We just lost our mom to this horrible disease recently and I can honestly say she received great care till she took her last breathe .
