My mother received excellent care while at the Village Care Center. The nurses were great and loved on her daily. She always said, “They take good care of me.” They allowed her to call home when she needed to hear our voices. They made sure she ate while there and worked with her one month to get her able to come home. They had a lot of patience with her! Highly recommend their care!

We having visit a lot of care Center's And some deserves bad review's but this one I find nothing to complane about the staff was friendly its was clean no hospital smell while we was there they checked in on her. Seveal time So why so many bad reviews? I believe its because peple like to give bad reviews deserved or not. I'm not saying they didn't have anything to complain about but if we who don't have a complaint don't give a review it gets one sided and people like us looking for a place may chose not to bring your Love one here So as of now we are very happy here and I have no regrets bringing my love one here .

Do not send your love one to this facility if you want them to recover and come home to you or go back to their own home. They are not vested in provided good physical therapy to get your love one up and mobile again. They're more concerned about not letting any of their patients fall. In my mothers careteam meeting, the one thing I asked of them was to get her acclimated to using her walker. I would come to her room for a visit and her walker would be buried in the back of her bathroom but they had a wheelchair right by her bed. My overall experience was horrible and I don't want you or your loved ones to have the same experience. Fortunately my mother's getting the physical therapy she needs at home now.

Don't let your loved ones come here. Absolutely no rules about employee vaccinations and they're in the middle of a COVID outbreak without a mask in sight!
