My Dad and Mom were both here for about 2 years. There are a bunch of amazing hard workers. Most of the workers have the biggest hearts. My Dad and Mom have passed, but it seemed like the workers and residents were part of my family and they love my dog. I still visit them.

If you’re looking for someplace to dump a loved one, this is definitely your place. My sweet father wore some lady’s I’ll-fitting clothes for TWO WEEKS . Their response was, “At least he’s got clothes.” The food was awful, the care (I laugh at that word being used in conjunction with this place) was even worse. He couldn’t get out of bed by himself, but when he pushed the button, which he rarely ever did, it sometimes took them TWO HOURS to respond. They would get him out of bed and then forget to come put him back. I WOULDN’T TAKE A CORPSE TO THIS PLACE.

My mom was here in 2022 and granted, the facility was beautiful, spacious and clean, but the staff, namely a lady named Gretchen was horrible too me personally over things that as I was just discover later on, was not in her purview to be doing and she proudly bragged about harming other families that she had dealt with not only there at the seasons, but at other jobs she has had over the years as well. I do not recommend sending any family here, especially if she, (Gretchen) is still employed there. Gretchen also had a chihuahua running loose in her office that wasn't medically necessary animal there as well. There's other negative things that happened as well, that I'm not going to mention here, because they're just that bad.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I’ve been to this facility a few times and the level of care I’ve witnessed is honestly concerning. The night shift staff in particular comes across as very disengaged and inattentive. There have been several occasions where patients were left waiting for assistance while staff appeared more focused on sitting around than providing care. It creates an environment that feels neglectful rather than supportive, which is the exact opposite of what a nursing home should be. Even as someone who doesn’t have a loved one here, it’s uncomfortable to witness how little urgency there seems to be when it comes to patient needs. Families trust places like this to care for their loved ones, and from what I’ve seen, that trust isn’t being upheld. I really hope management takes a closer look at what’s going on, especially during overnight hours, because the current situation doesn’t reflect the level of compassion and professionalism patients deserve.
