All I can say is don’t leave a family member, your worse enemy or someone dying in this place. I have never witnessed such a place in my life. Photos that are posted about this place are NOT TO BE BELIEVED. Most of the pictures are taken with wide angle lens, rehabilitation room is no bigger than a bedroom, people are packed in or ignored. People who are supposed to be helping patients in the rehab center are usually on their cell phones. The patient rooms are much to be desired. Other patients roam around the hall, if they feel like opening your door, they enter and nothing is done to keep them in there room, or from roaming the halls, I was told oh she won’t hurt you. EXCUSE ME? The Bathroom Facilities were very unsafe, tile floors, commode, sink and Shower in one big room, no shower curtain, I actually fell on the slippery tile floor. Again DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE! I wish I had prescience of mind to take lots of photos.

My father was placed here after an extended hospital stay. This was the only bed in the region available. The PT people did a fine job but the medical needs were not met and the follow-through was abysmal. The nurse from the hospital called after they didn't do his blood tests and the people who answered hung up on her two times. The tests weren't taken when needed which resulted in my father returning to the hospital for yet ANOTHER stay. This is supposed to be a place where patients continue their progress after a hospital stay but the terrible/lack of care caused my father to have to return to the hospital. Additionally, the nurses wouldn't help him with his colostomy bag. It would leak, he'd be given towels and they'd say they'd be right back only to leave for hours. This is neglect, pure and simple. And don't reply to this telling me to call with concerns. You'd probably hang up anyway.

My mother was there for a rehab stay recently. I found the place to be clean, well-maintained, and homey. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Woodcrest, and would return again if the need ever arose. Thank you to a wonderful team and facility!

I just called to remind the nurse taking care of my loved one to have a snack because he has dementia and motor neuron disease and doesn't know that he has food.In his drawer unless they tell him that I have snacks there for him,In his drawer. Having so many issues with this place, would you believe I just called three different times got hung up on the first time.A patient answered the second time, and the third time I told them all this. And they still hung the phone up and never connected me to the second floor to check on my loved one.And to remind them to give him a snack, because he will not remember shame on you people.I have so many problems with this place. And i'm gonna start listing them all on here.
