A family member stayed at the rehabilitation facility and was very well taken care of. The rehab manager, Deb, was very attentive in making sure he got his prescriptions and had everything else he needed. The physical therapy provided was everything he needed to be fully mobile and pain-free after surgery.

My brother was in there at the village of Cook Springs for the past seven months. The staff was very friendly. The food is good. The nurses and CNA‘s were very kind to my brother. He absolutely loved Jenny and also Taylor you were great so was Addison we love you all. She was always so helpful so was Maddie they always answered my questions Jenny even trim my brother‘s hair and gave him a Beard trim. Gypsy has been very kind to my brother as well. He is a resident there. We will always be grateful to the village at Cook Springs. We had to move my brother to the Oaks on Parkwood so we could be closer to home. Leisa Miller has always answered my questions and has been very helpful and so his Kimberly if you’re ever at Cook Springs know that they will take care of your loved one. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

A very close friend(18+yrs) was in this nursing facility. She had been in the Independent Living for maybe a year when they found her deceased in her room. My friend doesn't have any family except an estranged brother and a 93 yr old Stepdad. I've been all she's had since 2015 when I started driving back and forth to GA taking care of her, then I moved her to AL with me. Anyway, long story short and without saying the name of the person(Director of Marketing) was very rude and treated me like a nobody. Since my friend didn't have any family, I had asked if they would get me a # out of her phone so I could let her StepDad's caregiver know and she told me no. They would look through that after 10 days. Now let me say, my friend was in contact with the care giver weekly so I really thought she needed to know. I understand there are laws but this person was so cold hearted and could careless about anyones feelings. While I was there, a few of the residents let it be known about their feelings towards the person as well. Please check on anyone you have there and talk to them about this person. She shouldn't be allowed to think she has that much control over anything. Being in her position, she should show more concern and know a little more about the people who come there.

This "nursing home" has a farm with animals to interact with; most comforting if you have country background and are family orientated. The quality of care, cleanliness of the facility, tastiness of food, and professionalism among the staff is a 10/10. Highly recommend.

The Village at Cook Springs will never lay a hand on my father ever again. They failed to give him all of the medicine that I sent over there and is on his chart that he's supposed to get. They didn't give him his breathing treatments. And they didn't give him all of his nerve pills for his trigeminal neuralgia. And I'm still going through his medicine to find out what's left that they didn't give him all of. Oh and they didn't give him his antibiotics for his UTI. But at the end of the week I get a call that he's in the hospital and the emergency room with the flu. Well I wonder why. If you care about your loved one do not send them to this so-called nursing home. They don't follow the medicine plan. And I understand that nurses are overworked and there's too many patients per nurse. I've Got Friends in the nursing field. And they complained about how hard it is. But they did their job and they did a good job. So why patients are being neglected at this place I don't know. One last thing, the rooms and the floors are dirty. So if you're looking for some place that is clean, this is not the place. And it fools you because when you come in the front it looks like a nice place.
