I had a wonderful experience during my short term rehab stay. The entire staff was professional, patient, and incredibly kind. The rehab services were excellent, and the housekeeping team kept my room spotless every day. I made so many great friends and felt so cared for that I didn’t even want to leave! Thank you to everyone for doing such a fantastic job with my recovery.

I enjoyed my stay the nurses were great. The Director of Nursing came by daily to check in on me and my room mate. The therapy was great truly enjoyed my time working with Amy. The girls who helped me was really good and friendly. Staff recognized me and called me by name. The staff went out their way to stick their head in my room to speak and see if I needed anything. Over all my experience was good for my 1st time in a facility like this. Happy 4th July to all the staff

I witnessed the most incredible, loving care here yesterday, with the staff constantly going the extra mile to accommodate a family and resident during a life transition. Truly, the smallest acts of kindness make the biggest difference. It was an absolute honor to serve the CNAs at Diversicare of Pell City during CNA week and witness the deep care they provide. The entire staff works beautifully as a team, including the DNS who leads with hands on support. Your daily kindness, dedication, and clinical care bring immense peace and comfort to hospice residents when they need it most. Thank you all for your tireless efforts, your bright smiles, and for treating every resident with the highest level of dignity and respect. Your team's compassion is deeply appreciated.

The Personnel made me feel comfortable. Any issues came up it was addressed immediately and resolved, which I greatly appreciated. The Director of Nursing always follow up with any concerns with me and my sister. The facility was very clean and did not have a smell. The services provided was great that help me to get better to go back home. I appreciate all the kindness, love and smiles given. The cnas Dae, Marlana, Ayesha and Desha they were johnny on the spot and went the extra mile to make sure I was ok and had what I needed. It made a great difference knowing many truly cared.

I want to give everyone here a 5 star rating. Everyone here have been kind and respectful. My 1st time in short term rehab and I am grateful for a nice place with kind people. I have gotten stronger the therapy team Kyndall, Kathleen and Rachel are very great. The food was delicious. I truly appreciate the love and kindness given. Housekeepers on my hall is always nice and sweet. Thanks to the NP, Heather for her attention to my care.
