Vienna Springs is a great place for my mother. I was not sure about mom going to a "home" ,but this is really a nice place. They encompass any care need she may have ,I have absolutely no worries with Mom here. They have various levels of care which mom liked. She loves being able to come and go freely and the staff is phenomenal. MJ got us started here,she put my fears to rest. As I said I don't want to put mom in a home I've heard too many stories. Mj talked to me for days and I finally came in for a tour . The staff is great .Mj listened to everything I had mentioned she took the time to go over everything ! I don't remember the name of her assistant but she was just as great! These ladies are awesome at their job. Definitely happy mom has a place she loves.

I was very impressed with my tour of Vienna Springs today; a lovely campus that offered everything I was looking for. Staff member Mary Jane provided a very thorough and professional tour.

My dad recently completed a stay at Vienna Springs and our family is truly grateful for the care he received. The staff treated him with patience, dignity and genuine compassion. They took the time to understand his needs, his personality and what would help him and my mom feel supported during a difficult time. The facility is very well maintained but it is the people who make it exceptional. The kitchen and activities staff did great work and helped to keep the atmosphere positive and engaging. We especially want to recognize a few standout staff members who went above and beyond: Emily, MJ and Chloe.

I was in rehab for three weeks there. I just wanna give a shout out for some of the kindest nurses I've ever encountered.Emily Dorris she made me smile every day . Danielle Stockmem always had time to talk to me and explain any questions I needed answers to. Amy Johnson so helpful all the time she always had time to check on you and see if you needed anything. These employees go above and beyond their job description. I wanted to also thank The workers in the café that works so hard every day. This was definitely a positive experience.

Vienna Springs is by far the best facility for your loved ones. One of the many benefits that I love is that they have all facets of care in one building. From independent living to short term rehab. They have it all!!
