Was excited at first to get my mom placed here for rehab. The first night started our downhill venture when I saw the aide drag her oxygen cord nose piece across the dirty floor and then was going to stick it back in her nose with out cleaning it. They were supposed to be applying cream to keep an infection at bay that the hospital had just cleared up. This didn't happen and when we were released the rash was coming back. Upon her release, she ended up in the hospital within 12 hours due to congestive heart failure and a extremely bad UTI. My mother would complain that she would ask for something and no one would bring it or she would be left sitting in a chair for hours and her feet would swell terribly and then she couldn't walk. Don't get me wrong some of the staff were good, but believe they are under staffed and a lot of them you see sitting around and eating.
