Victory Forest

Victory Forest is an affordable independent living community for seniors 62 and older located in Silver Spring, Maryland. The community offers one-bedroom apartments equipped with fully-equipped kitchens, bright living rooms with sliding glass doors opening to Juliet balconies, wall-to-wall carpeting, generous closet space, and emergency pull cords. Handicap-accessible units are also available.

The community features extensive amenities within the building, including a library, fitness center, computer lounge, hobby room, community room, dining room, and wellness center. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a terrace where residents gather for lounging and barbecuing. On-site physicians provide flu shots, blood pressure checks, and routine wellness visits.

Victory Housing's CONNECTS Life Enrichment Program is designed to promote residents' physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being through health and wellness programs, educational workshops, social gatherings, and entertainment events.
