I have been working with the Vi for a couple of years now and apart from it being one of the most beautiful communities I’ve ever photographed, it’s also a pleasure to work with their professional and positive team - always helpful and always smiling. Rose and Shantelle make the work process super smooth and I see it translate right over to the residents with the attention to detail. You’d never know there was any pressure on the room because Rose and Shantelle are handling it with confidence, composure and control. Thank you guys for making it a pleasure to work with you.

As an Aging Life Care Manager, I have had the opportunity to work with many seniors and their families, and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of care and services provided by The Vi at Lakeside Village. What sets this community apart is its true continuum of care, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care all within one campus. This provides tremendous peace of mind for residents and families, knowing that support is available as needs change over time. The staff is professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. Most recently, I had a client move into Independent Living, and she is absolutely thriving. She has embraced the wide variety of social, educational, wellness, and recreational opportunities available and has quickly developed meaningful connections with other residents. The positive impact on her quality of life has been remarkable to see. For older adults seeking a vibrant community with exceptional amenities and a strong commitment to resident care, I highly recommend The Vi at Lakeside Village.

I have visited this care center on several occasions, and each experience has been outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facility is well-maintained, and the staff consistently demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The administrator Marie does an excellent job leading the team and creating an environment where patients, families, and visitors feel respected and valued. It is clear that everyone takes pride in providing high-quality care and exceptional service. I am a singer/entertainer. I've been performing at the Care Center at Vi @ Lakeside Village for many years. The residents are alert, enthusiastic and thoroughly enjoy the music I present to them. They participate in the sing-along parts of my shows. They are always well dressed and groomed and there is always ample employee support for those who need additional help. It's a great place.
