I would like to express my strong disapproval of this facility and would not recommend it to anyone for their loved ones. My mother has been residing at this facility, and it has been a significant source of concern for me due to my busy schedule. Despite making several attempts to communicate with the management and other relevant parties, no resolution has been achieved. The staff members I have encountered have been unprofessional and rude, which is unacceptable behavior. Firstly, my mother’s air conditioning unit has been malfunctioning, consistently maintaining a set temperature and turning off on its own. This issue has been raised with the management on multiple occasions, and they have even assured my mother that the unit will be replaced. However, despite several months of waiting, no action has been taken. My mother has pre-existing health conditions, including high blood pressure, and cannot tolerate the current environment, especially during hot weather. Additionally, a new resident has moved into the facility which is next door to my mother, causing significant disturbances. This individual has been hammering at 2:00 AM every night, disrupting my mother’s sleep. This issue has also been reported to the management, but no appropriate measures have been taken. It is concerning that such individuals are allowed to reside in this facility without proper background checks, as their behavior poses a potential threat to the well-being of other residents. Furthermore, my mother is an independent individual who purchases her own necessities. The facility only provides her room, which is a significant limitation. In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering this facility for your loved ones.
