Hamlin Place gets five stars for their quality care. They have a full and attentive staff in the North Wing of the facility which feels like home. Sonia the Nursing Director is excellent and has a very good team of nurses and care givers who look forward to treating their patients and residents. They smile and have a positive attitude with their patients. There is always staff available to assist such as Kemone the night supervisor. Kemone gives us updates when my father in law is not doing well. Roman the weekend supervisor is available for questions and updates. My father in law is kept clean and well fed and treated with respect and kindness. Every patient is important to them. Staff takes time with each patient. Hamlin communicates regularly with family They have daily activities and Saturday faith services which are uplifting for the patients who need to hear hope. If you need quality care visit Hamlin first.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful skilled nursing facility! From the moment you walk in, you can tell the staff genuinely cares about the residents and their familys. The compassion, professionalism,and attention to detail is truly exceptional.The staff and caregivers provide outstanding care,treating every resident with dignity, respect,and kindness.The management team is incredible always approachable, responsive and committed to ensuring the highest quality of care and a positive environment for everyone.cleanliness is clearly a top priority, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.The food is another high light, delicious,well prepared that offer plenty of variety and accommodate residents individual needs.I highly recommend Hamlin place.

The facility's admins and staff were attentive and helpful. Many of the aides, however, especially in the evening, were abusive to my mother, nasty, had terrible attitudes, and have no business caring for others. I'm thrilled she left that place, but I'm sure the problem continues with others.

My mom is going to be 100 in July and I believe she will make this milestone birthday because of the care she receives from Hamlin Place. The reason I’ve rated Hamlin Place 5 stars is not because the facility is perfect but because it’s been perfect for my mom. My primary concern for my mom is SAFETY and the dedicated staff has made every effort to keep her safe. The medical management has been excellent as my mom has thrived. The social activities have kept her engaged and intellectually stimulated. The dining room is open for lunch and dinner which allows my mom to socialize. Good management starts from the top and Ellen Alperen, Executive Director is hands on and compassionate. The management team has always been respectful and responsive to my concerns which are addressed in a timely manner. I will always be grateful to the staff at Hamlin Place for giving my mom quality of life and for the precious time I continue to have with her. Debbie Oistacher

Hamlin Place in Boynton Beach has truly been an exceptional nursing home experience for our family. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The variety of activities and social events keep residents engaged and happy. We've seen firsthand the dedication and compassion of the team at Hamlin Place, and we are grateful for the excellent care they provide. Highly recommend!
