I am a hospice health aid and I noticed my patient who has only been there a week needed some clean sheets and laundry done. Now usually when a patient comes in someone establishes whether the facility or family is doing patients laundry. Something got overlooked which happens but I want to give a shout out to their laundry girl Mary Mason who kindly explained things to me and even though it was almost quitting time went above and beyond and took my patients laundry for me and began washing it which was nice. Something places you get attitude but not here. Thank you Mary Mason for your good work ethics and being so kind. I also didn’t catch the name of an employee who went and brought me a brand new set of sheets so my patient would have a clean bed to climb into tonight. I would highly recommend Trinity Hills.

I have been at Trinity as an independent care giver for a resident for 2 1/2 yrs I was in her home and moved w/her after a fall. We couldn't be happier, her daughters agree. Laura Dir of Marketing welcomed us in and made the transition very smooth. I have since been volunteering with Anthony (Activities Dir) and Alexes In so many different engaging activities, trips outside the facility for shopping, meals and entertainment and games/classes to enhance memory and skills. All the residents are treated with dignity and respect as well as love and kindness The facility has just finished a fresh updated interior so its very inviting to enjoy your community with friends and neighbors and enjoy your home. Its always a wonderful day at Trinity Hills

I love this facility. I come to do home health at this facility sometimes and I couldn't ask for better residents. Sarah is so helpful with everything and I always see them complementing staff and helping out. I go to a lot of assisted livings and this one is by far my favorite.
