Horrible company! No call no show on first day. Company claims the person "got lost" on their way, but no one called to see if anyone arrived or to send someone else out. Feel sorry for any one else using this company. Time to find a new, better place!

This company does not act very professional. They do not have enough people working for them, and when they can't make it one day, they have NO backup nurses. That means your loved one is left to fend for themselves. Most of them speak very poor English and when you are caring for an elderly person that has enough trouble hearing, they don't need that added aggravation. I know all of this because my Mother has one of theses nurses now...until we can make other arrangements.I don't care for this oitfit at all.

Delivering care as well as social contact is extremely important in a programme that supports independent living. We all consider this a great example of compassionate care and a fantastic alternative to hospital bed occupancy.

We have had a couple of aides from this company. One lasted 2 days, the second lasted for about 2months, but with her not having a grasp on what her duties were after being told a few times, arriving late, leaving for lunch and leaving early they replaced her with another who had to leave midshift for about 1\2 hour to 45 min.... Everyday. I was also informed from someone from their company that they were more interested in money than properly making sure they staff is trained for all the tasks they are to perform. We were supposed to get another aide from this company today. No call, no show. I give them no stars but to have this posted I had to give one star.
