Hello community, families, and friends, sorry it took me so long to reply to this false allegation. To be accused of the above and remain in business for 20 years is saying the agency that governs this organization has turned a blind eye, we all know that this is incorrect. If my friend is aware of any such abuse and neglects to notify the organization that governs me, then shame on her. Violating the rights of our most vulnerable population is and should be taken very seriously, and as such should be reported. Sincerely, Victoria Rowe
