I cannot emphasize how accommodating and compassionate the entire team at Woodbridge has been. Jose and the nursing staff are absolutely incredible. Gina, Maureen, and every other individual involved in helping us should be proud of the work Woodbridge is accomplishing. I cannot thank you all enough.

Avoid at all costs. The PT and OT are good but everything else is horrible. Terrible communication and very few staff who are overwhelmed. My mom is there for rehab for the past 3 days and we need to get her out. Monday night (tonight) I came over at 8:30pm to bring her food. She and her room mate had their call light on for over an hour. Both ended up helping themselves to the bathroom rather than having a nurse help them. I asked for the nurse and waited for 45 minutes and still no one has come over. Some patients roam the halls unattended. And we are not confident that my mom is getting her medicine that she needs post surgery. We had few choices for rehab and tried to find the higher rated ones. This one has a 3 star but it’s not. The place is old, TVs don’t work well, no showers in the bathrooms, and needs repair. But the worst part is not answering the call button. Either of these elderly women could have fallen when trying to go to the bathroom by themselves. I’m glad that this a short term stay. I would never leave anyone here long term. UPDATE BASED ON REPLY - We did contact the administrator because the next day, my mom fell. The Director changed out her mattress and said she would address the other issues. They also arranged for an xray which was thankfully negative. We're trying to get her out as soon as possible. There is NO excuse for rehab patients not having their call button answered for two hours and having to get themselves to the bathroom.

April 10th, 2026 only 2 days in... • the staff is welcoming but the smell is not. • the entrance has to be completely replaced because it has been damaged for more than a week, making it dangerous, confusing & noisy as the alarm stays on continuously • no safety at all / anyone can walk in • the building itself looks unkept but at the same time clean • the food is not nutritious or enticing It needs an overhaul, an upgrade & redesign I hope the offered therapy sessions prove to be valuable for all their patients. But I honestly felt these nursing home were better funded. It's alarmingly depressing to think this is where many elderly loved ones end up. Not to mention they're making tons of money because of the health insurance that pays them but not investing on keeping the place up. I gave them five stars because the staff deserves it! It's a tough job under the circumstances. I wish we could do a #GoFundMe to collect enough money to make it a pleasant place to go through some of the most difficult times in one's lives. I hope management fixes the front doors and cleans the dirty windows.

Upon arrival, You met by the administration and clinicians But shortly afterwards, you’ll find out that it’s the worst nursing home you’ve ever experienced. The food is cold and the staff are completely uncaring. The mattresses are soaked with urine, and the staff have a little concern about the Patient’s well-being. Woodbridge is definitely the worst nursing home I have ever encountered. Being a patient there was a traumatic experience because I left the facility against the doctors orders, And receive better care at home. During the night patients roam the roam ways without restraint. Moving from room to room, annoying other patients and creating a safety hazard. Upon my arrival, one nurse in particular said to me that: “the administration is solely in this for the money.” And I totally believe every word of it now. Woodbridge needs to be shut down immediately. Urinals and other used pad pans are everywhere throughout the Facility. And this is just a fraction of the problems at this nursing home. I had to call the sheriffs department twice, because Staff refused to empty my urinals and clean the room, but the Sheriffs department were not allowed inside. And if one was family members in this facility should remove them immediately. The medication is dispensed wrong, the patients are without supervision after the administration leaves for the day. Cleaning is extremely poor. Mattresses are soaked with urine. I am definitely contacting Medicare and Medicaid about the unsanitary conditions and this particular nursing home.
