We used TLC after my dad needed physical therapy, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was exceptional.<br><br>Amanda, the nurse who opened my dad’s case, was incredibly kind and patient. My dad had been through a lot, and she was so thorough and compassionate in her care. Matt came out to assess my dad and was wonderful as well—professional, attentive, and reassuring.<br><br>Shawn provided weekly physical therapy, and he was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping my dad get back on track. Kelly, the nurse who visited throughout his care, was extremely helpful in managing my dad’s blood sugar and overall health. She was also very knowledgeable and always took the time to explain things clearly.<br><br>Allie, the discharge nurse, was great to work with and made the transition process smooth and easy.<br><br>Overall, I would highly recommend TLC to anyone in need of home healthcare services. This was truly a 10 out of 10 experience from beginning to end.

I had a hip replacement surgery on December 19th, afterwards TLC came into my home. They sent Jennifer and Billy. I found both of them to be highly professional caring and compassionate. Jennifer was extremely helpful providing important information about my recovery. I especially enjoyed my sessions with Billy. These services were provided over the holidays with a number of family members present; not only was Billy professional and helped me a great deal with the exercises- he fit right in with our family. Indeed, we looked forward to seeing him. I would highly recommend TLC for any home health care services.
