My mother, has been at Continuing Healthcare for around three months now. This is a completely new experience for her, however, the staff and management have been nothing but nice, patient, kind, and they make sure she is aware of any changes that may occur. Alexis and.Jamaya are so kind and they go out of their way to make sure my mother has a smile on her face. Lori, Karen, and Marsha are also extremely kind and considerate. Management will also make sure they contact me to make me aware of any changes or concerns they may have with my mother.My sisters and I would like to thank everyone at Continuing Healthcare for their love, patience, professionalism, and kindness.

I call and call and call no one answer’s in the evening. And if they do by chance they tell you they will send my call to my fiancé‘s Nurse. Out of 12 calls to this place I only got to speak to the nurse one time in the past 3 days. I myself have been very sick and not able to visit my fiancé. Let’s see if I can get through to the administrator tomorrow when I call. This place sucks I know they’re very understaffed. But there’s been numerous problems with this place. I would never suggest you send a loved one there will be moving him from this facility hopefully in the next couple days..

My grandma has been there several times and the therapy staff has always done a great job getting her back up and moving.

I just had to send my spouse there for the 2nd time and everything that the woman , Cindy posted about her mother's stay is exactly how it is. If you don't visit daily and ask questions or take care of the patients bathing, bath Visit or getting meds when needed, you might as well talk to the wall.

I would never send my loved one to this place oh wait I did and she was not given a shower for the whole 9 days she was there, disgusting! Some of the aides and nurses are great but you can’t get your job done correctly when there’s 20-30 residents being taken care of by one person! Some of the staff is rude and lazy! And the place is not clean.
