My grandma had knee replacement surgery and had to do a few weeks of rehab here. We were not looking forward to the process of finding after care for after the surgery! But this place was a godsend! Everyone was so kind especially Ms Shirley in the office. She really explained all the ins and outs of the cost and insurance details. I had a clear understanding of what to do and expect as far as costs were concerned. Adrian was an angel too… after her stay, my grandma, raved about how accommodating and attentive she was! Highly recommend this place!

We have a family member who resides at this facility. They are cared for by wonderful people - people who care about others. One of the managers, Shirley Byrd, is amazing. She has helped us navigate the complexities of care for our loved one. We appreciate her knowledge, professionalism and understanding of what we are experiencing. She and all the other amazing staff there are an asset to THRYVE, and the people they care for.

Since the change of management from the previous owners, there has been a significant improvements being made to the facility. Shirley Byrd assisted me and my family with final care management making the process easier to navigate. The staff actually treat the elderly with dignity and respect.

Absolutely love this place. My dad is here and I put him here because the admin Pashence and DON Toya are very pleasant, attentive, and responsive to my needs. Love the staff and activities. Admissions Tier is amazing. She gives the best tours and always has a smile on her face.
