This is the smallest assisted living in Tri-Cities.A great community if your loved one needs to rehabilitate and improve in the event they had an accident. The ratio between caregiver and residents is 1 to 5. All the common spaces and private are close to every area in the community. The longest distance from an apartment to the dinning area is 50 feet. We are tailored and customized our niche is 1 on one interactions with residents. We're a close knit community we know everyone by first name including residents and employee families. We have open house and family dinners which include our staff and their family. This community offers high care and end of life care we work closely with hospice but we have a home like setting. We have had residents in the past who could live in a skilled nursing or rehab center full-time but they chose us due to our environment which is not institutionalized.
