My Mother lived here for 3 LONG months! She didn’t receive her medication the first 3 weeks. The Activity Calander was for looks only. My Mother attended 2 activities the 3 months she was there. I found Tiffany untruthful and covering for her mistakes. 85 percent of the time there was no supervision in the house my Mother lived in. She pretty much was guided back to her room after meals to lay in her bed. She had no one to talk to in this house, so she laid in her bed most of the day. The food was AWFUL!!! Poor quality, no fresh fruit! ( I would always bring my Mother in fresh fruit! ) a lot of heat and eat! Food was brought in from another location, with a cover on the plate. It was never hot! Luke warm at best! The place is decorated cute, with a popcorn maker in the front lobby. It was clean as a whistle, BECAUSE, it was never used that I saw! Someone on here talked about their mother getting her PB&J’s, well, they never deviated from their menu that I EVER saw. Their idea of a Grilled cheese sandwich was one heal and a slice of bread with some THIN cheese spread between the two! My Mom’s Boost drink, was many times not cold. My Mother, along with the other two ladies in this house, had severe memory loss. The front and back doors were always unlocked. My Mothers first room had a sliding door in her room. I was concerned about my Mother going out the slider. Tiffany assured me that it would NEVER be unlocked. One day I pulled on it, and it opened right up, 2 more times, that I checked after that, I found it unlocked again. I pushed my Mothers Emergency call button one day, when she needed immediate assistance! 20 minutes later, I walked out side the house, because the button ran on and on. The sweet gal that cleans there said she would get someone, but, that they were busy moving Tiffany’s office, and it was Tiffany’s Birthday. 10 minutes later, someone FINALLY showed up to help my Mom! I left there many times, seeing the gates to the backyard left open. When I confronted Tiffany on the Slow response time? She told me that was “Normal”. Not according to the places I toured, while finding my Mom a Safe , secure place to live. The place I moved my Mom to, has a SECURE environment, nutritious, HOT food, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Lots of Staff ALWAYS on hand, an in house nurse that you will see many times throughout the day. My Mother is bathed regularly, and I don’t come in finding her hair greasy and stuck to her head. Tiffany will tell you whatever she needs to, to get your loved one moved in. Don’t believe it! SHOP AROUND!!! You will be SO glad you did!
