I wanted to take the time to fill this review out because this company has been a lifesaver for me and my wife who is 31/2 years into her ALS journey. Okay so I had to drop my last home health aide company after being with them for over a year due my lack by of confidence in them and their employees. I found Solutions online and am blessed to have found them. We’ve been with Solutions for two weeks now and am so impressed by the professionalism and dedication of not just our caregivers but the office staff and caregiver coordinator Lorrina. My primary caregiver Noelia is heaven sent, she takes such good care of my wife and my home. I can leave the house now and have complete confidence that my wife is in good hands. My weekend caregiver Serene is a blessing as well and also provides me with the confidence to be able to leave and run errands without worry. Thank you Solutions for all you do for my wife and I.

Alexia was the perfect fit for my mom and stepdad. She came in as a helper, but became family. She was such an amazing help and support during this difficult journey into dependency. An absolute blessing.

Solutions has provided wonderful 5 Star care for my husband in our home since late July 2024. He suffers from severe cognitive impairment and dementia. When care first started, we had short term caregivers until CNA Yareni accepted a full time M-F position with us. We could not be more pleased. She is an experienced, knowlegable and compassionate caregiver. She goes well beyond her initial duties such as helping my family and I to understand the many complications and actions of my husbands dementia, as she has been trained in dementia care. My husbands doctors have commended her on her ability to explain his issues, complications and how she has handled it. Yareni is a blessing to us and we can not thank her enough for all she does for my husband and how that helps our family handle his disease. When Yareni is ever unable to be here, Solutions have always made sure that another caregiver steps in to cover. And they have always been good qualified professionals. We feel that the Solutions company is well organized and managed. Jordan, an area manager, has also been supportive and caring.
