Good staff, we had a couple of issues at first about a year ago but now The Mimi has settled in and is enjoying her time there as they have many activities for the community and the staff has been competent.

Keep looking. Mom has been there since October. At first it was not too bad for her. But lately every time I visit she wants to go home when I leave. Seems like the rules change to suit their needs. Was told the visiting hours flexible. Now I can only visit from 9am to 5pm. Not happy. Neither Mom or myself. Well Since I last commented Mom has passed away. She died in the facility around 3:30 am on a Sunday morning. I received no notice from the facility at all. Only to be told when I went to visit her that morning. And to add insult to injury I have still not an apology or even a "sorry". To me this is unacceptable and unexcusable. Sad very sad.

If you are thinking of putting your loved one into a memory care, do not choose this facility. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The office staff are extremely unprofessional with their nursing staff and treat them like garbage and run them dry. Horrible place.

I have personal experience with this campus; there are some wonderful people who really care for the residents who reside there and I would recommend Ciel to anyone. I especially know the dining staff at Ciel Senior Living Tri-Cities Memory Care go out of their way to make sure every resident's dietary preferences are honored.<br>Staff is friendly, there's family friendly activities, there's live entertainment throughout the month, the property itself is beautiful - again I would recommend Ciel Senior Living Tri-Cities to anyone!
