My Mom moved into the Assisted Living building in 2021 and then to Memory Care in 2022. This facility and more specifically, the care givers who work so hard to provide the absolute best, most respectful, loving and attentive care for Mom are a blessing to our family. Mom's care givers in the west wing are simply the best - I can relax and enjoy spending time with my mom knowing she is cared for by knowledgeable, caring staff and I can enjoy just being her daughter again. Rosie at the front desk is always a joy to interact with - her love for her work and eagerness to help the family members of residents is incredible. I am so thankful we are able to have my mom live here; I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs care for a loved one with dementia.

My parents moved here a few months ago. This is a beautiful facility and the rooms are perfect for my parents. The girls caring for my mom have all been wonderful and treat mom amazing. I am there quite frequently and have enjoyed getting to know the sweet caregivers. The food is not too bad and visitors pay $10-20 to eat a meal. The dining area overlooks a beautiful outside area.

Some of the downsides are that no one greets you as you enter the building. They have a tablet to sign in and out but visitors are not noticed unless they come to the desk and get someone’s attention. It has gotten better since owners changed but there is still a lot of room for improvement. I’ve also had issues with admin not communicating in a timely fashion. They have consistently not responded to calls and emails from both my dad and I. To be fair, when admin finally does respond they do take care of the issues fairly quickly.

Also, ask lots of questions and get answers in writing. We were told they would do many things which we found out later were true, but they failed to mention you had to pay for them.

Overall, it is a safe place for my parents and I’m glad they are there. The staff does take good care of my mom and for the most part are timely in getting to her. But just make sure not to expect a lot of communication without a lot of effort.

My Mom moved to this facility in the winter of 2021 and she had been well cared for (spoiled even!) since then!
If there is a change in her medical condition or if she's had a fall, my sister or myself are notified promptly.
The facility provides transportation to her medical appointments, Life Enrichment will listen to her suggestions for resident outings, and the dietary staff staff is attentive to her needs.
All in all, my siblings and myself are happy with where our Mom is at and we wouldn't want her anywhere else.
