My mom was lost and always full of anxiety. We moved her here to the Richland Memory care and we love it!!! I cannot brag this place up enough! Everyone is so good to my mom and the other residents are like family. I spend a lot of time there because it is such a welcome environment.

My mother in law was only there for a short time before she passed away, but the staff there was amazing!!! I wish we would have found you guys sooner. The love, care, and patience of the staff is the best! She was truly cared for like family by the staff.

My husband was there for a year and a half. I was a hands on caregiver so wanted to be kept in the loop. There was some clashing but we worked through things. He received good care there. I got to know all the residents and staff who became like family. Unfortunately Covid 19 made visiting his last 7 months hard. Thankfully I was able to be with him his last three days of life. I would recommend this place. I had my husband in two institutional facilities before moving him to Rosetta. Being in a 'home' like setting is the best way to go in my opinion. The staff gets to know your loved one and you where in the 'institutional' facility they are just one of many. The aides were great but you have to be on top with the facility nurse and director. They were instructed to get my permission before any medications changes which they did not always do. Unfortunately, even though I have no proof, I believe the last unauthorized medication facilitated a quick decline.

My grandmother received very poor care during her short stay. They did not respond to medical needs in a timely manner. My husband and I are both nurses and are astounded at her decline over the course of the 3 weeks she was there. She suffered a fall and blow to the head without further hospital follow up or diagnostics. Her cognitive status is now drastically different, but the nurse there claims she is the same as when she arrived. Details are unclear....we will be following up with the state.
