So much to do so much fun. With a lot of people having game nights. Swimming pool ,Library, huge garden for everybody to have fun with whatever they want to grow.But a lot of veggies, I'll tell you, a theater literally, computer room with printers, express so machine for everybody, craftsroom, puzzles, room, Dilly Bar, poker tables, pool table, super great outdoor patio with barbecue refrigeration. All kinds of fun.We had out there.

I have lived here since September 2025. I absolutely made the right decision to come here! I love love love my apartment and Melanie, Megan and are warm, friendly and great and the maintenance team Rick and Robbie keep the facility in tip top condition! I love living here!!! Very friendly place, many activities always available! I have attended a few and enjoyed them. There is always something going on and you can join in or not...no judgment! Thank you to all who make Affinity at Broadmoor so wonderful!!! I feel so very lucky to live here!!! BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!

I've had a wonderful experience with this community. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The property is clean, quiet, and well cared for, creating a comfortable environment for residents. It's clear that management takes pride in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Recently helped a family member move into this community and the experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The property is clean and well-maintained. Very happy with everything so far!

I have been an Affinity resident for one year. I moved here to be close to my daughter, son-in-law, and my 3 1/2 year-old grandson. They enjoy visiting me here, especially the swimming pool. The residents at Affinity enjoy many amenities. After living in an apartment for the past 10 years I can testify that the camaraderie of the Affinity residents is much better. I feel like I’m part of a caring community.
