I cannot recommend Richland Post Acute Care based on my mother's nearly 100-day stay.<br><br>While we did encounter some caring and compassionate staff members, our overall experience was deeply disappointing.<br>During her stay, my mother's ankle was hurt on three separate occasions by employees.We also experienced repeated issues with paperwork, including incorrect information being sent for her discharge. The paperwork sent to Home Health was incomplete, omitting services that had been discussed, and one form even listed the wrong patient's name.<br>There were also multiple occasions when my mother did not receive showers according to the scheduled care plan, despite that being part of her expected care.<br>These issues created unnecessary stress for our family at a time when our focus should have been on my mother's recovery. I strongly encourage anyone with a loved one in a care facility to visit often, ask questions, review paperwork carefully, and be an active advocate for their family member.<br>This review reflects our personal experience, and I hope it encourages improvements so that other families do not have to go through what we did.

I visited a patient we do in Homecare with. I did not know he had a contagious condition as I did not see the sign. My bad. So a nurse is SCREAMING at me from 200 ft away. Mind you this disease is only spread through mouth. I have not been spoken to that bad in I can't remember. A nurse named Laura or Laurie, dark hair. She was the most unprofessional healthcare staff I have Ever encountered! I can only imagine how she speaks to patients & their family. Zack the nursing director seems nice I hope he addresses it, but doubtful by how confidently this lady told me his name. There was a million more ways to handle this than speaking to someone like garbage then acting surprised she was upset & doesn't allow people to speak to her like that.

This is the worst place I have ever seen they ignore patients they leave them in filth they leave them alone and screaming while workers hardly doing anything they are rude to paients you complain and noone listens.
