I've been sober in recovery for years, doing great until my doctor, of 7 years could no longer see MAT patients. Then I was referred to St. Francis MAT program, thinking they understood my situation. The last telehealth appointment I requested a change in medication. That request obviously wasn't the type of communication important enough for them. Then they advanced me to visits every 3 months. Months later I was discharged for failure to communicate. No warning, no heads up. Just immediate discharge. Horrible place for people in recovery!

I stayed here a week for rehab after a total knee replacement! Nursing ok.. I wasn't thrilled with a nurse doing her internship. She didn't have a very good bedside manner, but she was coming out of retirement & I understand having to learn a new , updated system on computer.. I was grateful to stay here because I live alone and needed this! FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!

They refused to see me for hip pain because I had a referral, and the appointment was scheduled for March. They wanted me to wait until then even though at the wall in clinic they had no one even in the waiting room, and they could have easily seen me. They said they were getting people sent to them from their other office, so I guess they used me to prove a point that they need to stop referring people to them if they already have an appointment. I can’t believe they care so little about their patients that they would turn someone away in pain. I will never go some place that would do that to someone. All I wanted was to be seen by an orthopedic doctor, so they could tell me how to get relief from the pain. What horrible people.

This facility is not adequate to do patient care! My mother was transported from Cleveland Clinic due to false information provided by this facility. They made empty promises and did not fulfill the duties to help my mother. A few nurses were nice and several were rude. Nurses do not care to belittle the patients. Nurses do not read the charts to know or understand their patient or the patient needs. One doctor kept ignoring to check my mother's hearing, he stated, "She's just hard of hearing ". No!! She wasn't in Cleveland nor before Cleveland. This is the only reason they get 1 star because a young doctor came in today and listened, he checked her ear and sure enough it was a massive ear wax buildup. Not hearing loss! The patient care manager did not provide adequate information for my mother's discharge; nor did the first shift staff. I had to personally call the facility she was being transferred too. They informed me everything was setup on their end and was ready for her. First shift lied and stated they called transport but it was a fact they did not. We waited from 4pm until 9:30pm without any acknowledgement or answers to this dilemma. Seriously!!! Medical staff should know better than do a patient and their family this way. I traveled 5 hours to assist my mother with her move that is yet to happen! Please don't bring your love one here unless you can stay and monitor their care 24/7. It only takes one bad apple to ruin something, imagine having several!
