I toured The Village at Mount Hope while looking at options for a loved one, and it immediately felt different from some of the other places I visited. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and were incredibly kind and patient. What stood out most was how they interacted with the residents it felt genuine and not forced. The community was clean, inviting, and felt more like a home than a facility. Residents seemed comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. You can tell the staff truly knows the residents and takes pride in what they do.

I am looking for a home for my 54yo daughter and was given the the Village at Mt.Hope to tour. I was truly amazed that this home really is a home! I know my daughter could be happy there and it's close by. We are in the process of Respite at the Village at Mt. Hope and Brittany has been a helpful angel helping me navigate the paperwork. The home is clean, well-kept and welcoming. My daughter picked out her room and is looking forward to spending time there. I pray there are more homes like the Village at Mount Hope. People need assistance and care at some point and the Village at Mt. Hope seems to provides that assistance and care which is the most important aspect of healthcare for a loved one. The resident's maintain their pride, dignity and self-respect. They are truly loved even by the aides.

My family and I recently toured The Village at Mount Hope while looking for the right place for our loved one, and we were incredibly impressed. From the moment we walked through the door, the home felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Unlike the larger facilities we visited, this felt like a true home where residents are known, valued, and treated like family. Brittany took the time to answer every question we had and explained how each resident receives individualized care based on their specific needs. As we toured, it was clear that the residents are not just cared for—they are loved. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a peaceful atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. What stood out most was the personal attention and hands-on involvement of the owners. Knowing that a nurse practitioner is actively involved in overseeing resident care provided a level of confidence we did not find elsewhere. The smaller setting creates a close-knit environment where residents receive far more attention than they would in a larger corporate facility. The location is quiet, safe, and beautiful, and the residents appeared comfortable, engaged, and genuinely happy. After touring several assisted living communities, The Village at Mount Hope was the one that truly felt different. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, I highly recommend scheduling a tour. This is the kind of place where families can have peace of mind knowing their loved one is in excellent hands.

My 93 year old father has been living here for almost one year. It is a very nice home and he has a very nice bedroom with a shared bathroom down the hall. The owner has a great heart for the elderly! She is an elder care nurse and is very patient and kind and has developed a friendly relationship with her residents. The Mt Hope development is a very nice community and seems very safe and quiet.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living facility. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care the staff has for every resident. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and safe environment for families and loved ones. The caregivers and nurses go above and beyond to make residents feel valued, respected, and cared for like family. Communication with families is excellent, and it gives tremendous peace of mind knowing your loved one is in such capable and caring hands. The activities, meals, and overall atmosphere truly help residents maintain a sense of joy, dignity, and community. It’s clear that the staff genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and compassionate place for their loved one.
