The home building process with Baymount Farms was made simple with the help of our Sales Consultant, Barbara Johnson We lived out of town and she sent pictures weekly during the construction process. She also called to see if we had any questions or concerns. We are enjoying our new home and are excited to be apart of this community.

My husband and I looked at many new home constructions in Florida and in New Jersey from other builders but couldn’t find the right fit of a home. So we then decided to look into Delaware to see if there was a builder that could have what we wanted in a 55+ community. I remember the first conversation with Barbara Johnson telling her that we were lost due to our GPS misguided directions, she reassured me that she would wait and not to worry about being late. We found Barbara so easy to talk with.<br>After touring the K.HOV model homes, both my husband and I instinctively knew that we were going to build our dream home in Middletown Delaware. Barbara took her time to explain all details necessary to start the process of buying and building our new home. We flew back to Florida knowing that we made the right choice. We also had a professional team on our side to guide us with construction and financial decisions. Barbara kept us informed on her weekly communication through emails, phone calls and pictures of our home construction progress. Barbara is simply the best sales consultant. We purchased the Rockford model which we felt would suit our lifestyle. We are enjoying our new K.HOV home and enjoy meeting new neighbors in the community.

We had a great experience purchasing our home at Baymont Farms. We moved from Drexel Hill, Pa. We started the process in November 2023 and made settlement on May 9th 2024. Barbara Johnson was our Salesperson and she was wonderful. She always took the time to answer our questions in a timely manner and kept us informed on the progress as the house was built. She made a process that is usually full of stress relatively stress free. We have recommended her to all our friends and family that might be interested.
