Anayah my appointment my scheduler and I we learned so much together and she was patient and kind and was able to walk me through when I was having great difficulty with my little chemo brain not being able to think right and I appreciate her and I do believe that she should get a raise having said that she’s a beautiful young girl who dresses appropriately and wears her hair to the best of her ability and I just love her my second person that I want to mention Audrey ! Audrey Who is our concierge oh my concierge she has just brought everything that I needed and she was liaison between my nurses and my scheduler she was always here. She was always always helping me and they are beautiful young ladies and what a team they make together when they work together and I thank you for them and I’m grateful and I appreciate them And oh and oh my Lord oh my God I’m gonna cry what can I say about the nurses here, they care for the most wonderful people on the planet I am really really grateful. It has been an incredible experience to watch their expertise and their kindness and their gentleness and taking care of these patients and I have so happy to watch them. They’ve been nothing but sweet and adorable, and God like to me truthfully they are earth angels also their therapy and admiration all around was just amazing thank you villa for a wonderful experience

My name is Edward Troy Woodson and I've been a part of the Villa family since June 5 of last year. I was a victim of a hit and run back in May. My injuries were really bad and these professionals here at Villa Park ridge have given me over the top non stop care and treatment. I'm doing much better know and I would have to give the credit to our Lord and Savior and the wonderful staff here at my second home. Thank you and I'll never forget how well I was treated here at Villa Park ridge!

Audrey has great customer service skills. She always has a welcoming spirit, keeps a smile on her face, and answers any questions or concerns I have when it comes to my husband. The staff at this place is amazing Irene, Marcus, and Mike making sure he is clean and well groomed. I truly appreciate all of the staff.

Audrey was very helpful. Staffing is a problem at every care facility. This one is no exception. The real test is how happy the patients are. They seem more comfortable here than I seen at other facilities. The Villa has a good number of memory care patients and this can be a unique challenge. They do their best at keeping them comfortable and engaged.
