So far everyone has been top notch, My dad needed to go there for skilled nursing and he was in rough shape. We are now a week in and he's made huge improvement thanks to the caring staff, literally everyone I've encountered has been great even the chef is positive and caring. the third floor staff truly believes that teamwork makes the dream work!

Looks are deceiving! Didn't change my mother's dressing, they claimed she refused. Was supposed to get ground meat, she received that twice in 10 days. Sometimes didn't get food and was cold when she received it. $560. per day is quite a bit when you get a cold hotdog for lunch. I do not recommend this place. Didn't clean her room (once in 10 days). I'm the one that changed her sheets. Also bathroom was never cleaned.

Nice place in appearance. No communication between staff. Mom never has her hearing aids on ,one of which the staff has lost (designated duty of nursing staff) hearing aid batteries never checked (furnished by Mom). Mom's hair is to be done weekly which can not be depended on being done. Like I said there is absolutely "NO" communication between staff. Considering the cost of care for staying there these things are totally "UNACCEPTABLE "

Worst place ever! They do NO night checks on patients. After my boyfriend fell in the bathroom and had accident on the floor he was humiliated by the lady in charge that night who yelled at him in front other attendees. I had to ask for and change the bed sheets and covers because they hadn't been changed for 4 days and were dirty as well as ask for a vaccum because the floor in the room had food on it for 3 days. Would NEVER reccomend this horrible place!!!!

Someone in my family was here this year. Nursing staff was wonderful. However, the administrative staff here was poorly trained. Family had to continually file appeals to keep the patient safe from being sent home too soon. Administrative staff attempted to force family to take the patient home with them, when their home had no one who could take the place of the medical staff needed. If you use this place for your family member, be sure to contact a state ombudsman and the Medicare help line on the back of your medicare card, so you can stay informed throughout.
