I feel the place should be shut down, the workers there are terrible I seen them tell a wheel bound patient to wheel themselves knowing dang well they weren’t capable of doing so, I’ve seen them make residents sit in pee and talk to the residents any type of way, the halls ALWAYS smell like pee and feces, after washing residents clothes they get them mixed up or have them wearing each others clothes, this is a HIGHLY unregulated place and state needs to step in asap there shouldn’t be a reason residents are asking guess where the exit is to escape or asking families to help because the workers aren’t doing their jobs, just sitting around doing bare minimum, works come to work in their bonnets and pjs and be eating while clearly seeing the residents need help, the only thing the works do is be messy and talk about families who come in to see their loved ones. If your loved one is in there please come get them out of there and transfer them I wouldn’t put my dog or worse enemy here. It breaks my heart. Also not to long ago I seen someone in pain not knowing they were dying and sadly not to long ago she passed and she was screaming in pain and they just sat there.
