Everyone I’ve worked with from Cornerstone– from the operations manager to the newest caregiver– has shown themselves to be caring, compassionate individuals who are genuinely interested in the people they care for AND their families. Each team member is accessible, flexible, and transparent– providing timely, detailed communication to keep everyone invested in the care plan well informed. The result? Customized care to best meet the ever-changing needs of those they care for, giving family members confidence, knowing that their loved one is in good hands. During an unsettling time of unknowns, knowing your family member is being loved on, laughed with, and lifted up is priceless.

Although we are at the beginning of our journey requiring caregiving services, Melissa Pruess opened a door that we desperately needed for our loved one. Her knowledge was beyond reproach and her ability to listen to our needs then execute a plan was a gift to our family. We look forward to working with her team as we start the "at home" rehabilitation process.

Cornerstone Caregiving has been a wonderful thing for our family. Caregiver, Heather, has been amazing help for me and my family with my husband. She is always kind and willing to do things for us. My husband always has a smile on his face when she walks through our doors. She is always there for us. Heather is a great caregiver and very compassionate towards our needs. We recently used the services of Cornerstone Caregiving for our dad. They were able to fit us in with a short notice and they were so helpful in covering the hours we needed The staff were all so caring and helpful and always asked what they can be doing to help out. We would definitely recommend their services.
