LOOKS of this place can be deceiving! Only a FEW good people there! They lost my clothes, let me sit in someone’s nasty peed on wheelchair to where I REEKED of pee & all the elderly were confined in their rooms like me (most days) due to “covid.” Their dietary couldn’t get a CLUE how allergic I was or intolerant of foods! I had to make my own foods a LOT. Also found 3rd shift staff having munchies reeking of MJ! I could care less about them smoking it, yet ON SHIFT?!!! How would they help your loved one if high in the middle of the night?! The rooms were nice, I had to help keep it clean (thankfully I was younger) as no one vacuumed for a MONTH or really wiped things clean. God have mercy. Coolest thing there…sounds like the Hunger Games around the nurses station lol. TO whomever wants me to call, I don’t want to, please just be sure you do the right things, like monitor staff, have better cleaning, get dietary straight, clean the shower rooms better (gross & smelled at times), have staff read door notes like CLOSE the door when you leave, follow through on family patient requests, & have some activities. People are already depressed there, Covid or not they need to feel like they have some sort of life too. Like in other reviews, maybe require all employees to watch Patch Adams. 😎

Pinnacle Specialty Care has been a wonderful home for my mother for over two years. The staff is consistently loving, caring, and attentive, ensuring she receives the highest level of care. Their professionalism and expertise shine through in every interaction, and they go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and valued. The team is always engaged, providing not only medical support but also emotional care, which has made a huge difference in my mother's quality of life. I highly recommend Pinnacle for anyone seeking compassionate, skilled care.

I arrived at Pinnacle after knee replacement surgery (only because the other care facilities were full). The night I got there I pressed the call button all night long because I had to get up and go to the bathroom and nobody responded to my call. Not sure what time it was in the morning, but somebody finally came in to give me my medication, and I told her that I was unhappy with the care I was receiving she got somebody who moved me to the other side of the facility where it is more trafficked. There were two people working during that night and neither one of them came in when I called. I also sent my daughter a message and she came down to help me. Those two girls should’ve been fired on the spot in my opinion. Once moved, I did receive better care. It still wasn’t that good and I hope to never have to go there again. I really liked the physical therapists and there were a couple of my favorite nurses and some aides. At the very end of my visit there, they were gonna let me walk out after after total knee replacement surgery knee surgery. I wanted to go out in a wheelchair which I did.

I arrived this afternoon for physical rehab from surgery on my knee with a PICC for IV antibiotics. I wish more than anything I had read the revews because I certainly would have requested someplace else.. Upon arrival I was taken to my room and abandoned. The gal that brought me down didn't even tell me her name. After nearly 45 minutes two ladies came in. Who were they??? No names or positions were told to me. I was given papers to sign. As of this writing (8:43 pm) those papers are still in my room. I've yet to be shown around. Yet to be introduced to anyone. Yet to be informed on protocols. However 1 1/4 hour ago I was given my bed time meds. When I questioned what they all were I was belittled and told by the girl she had a degree to give me these meds yet she couldn't tell me what they all were. Plus the one that's to be dissolved under the tongue was mixed in with the other meds. I told her about that in which she replied it doesn't matter and her other patients swallow it anyway. She got very irritated at me, stormed off and said she'd send the nurse down. I've not seen anyone or heard from anyone since around 7:30 when she left in a huff. The chair feels like I'm sitting on a board. Hard pressed to call it a recliner. The bed is horrible. The sheet doesn't even fit. It is very uncomfortable and hurts my butt and back. It doesn't even feel like there is a mattress. TV is smaller than my computer monitor. There's no shower or tub in the room. Stay away from this place. Most likely I'll catch a lot of flack for posting this. So if anything happens to me it's because of telling the truth! P.S. I still don't know where anything us. :(
