On behalf of BEST PTO, we would like to thank you so much for everything you did to make our Earth Day planting event so special. As always, working with you and the entire team at The Residence at Bedford was an absolute joy. Every time we partner with you, it feels easy, joyful, and meaningful, and this event was no exception. Seeing the kids and residents planting together was honestly beautiful. The way they talked, laughed, and helped one another created such a genuine connection between generations and it meant so much to our school community. So many families were touched by how welcoming and heartfelt the experience was. This event was widely praised and will certainly be remembered as a highlight of the season. We also truly appreciated the amazing snacks your culinary team prepared. The special cheese and veggie board for the adults was such a thoughtful touch, and the kids loved their treats as well. And of course, the cotton candy was a huge hit. Watching you, Arzu, personally making cotton candy for the children added such warmth and joy to the day. We were also so touched by the favor bags you put together. That extra bit of care and attention made the children feel seen and celebrated. Thank you for your generosity, your kindness, and for consistently opening your doors and hearts to our community. We’re so grateful for this partnership and excited to keep building it — not just for our organizations, but for the Bedford community. Dear Ms.Arzu LeBlanc, After several years of unexpected challenges, it was especially meaningful to finally gathering celebration of her 106 birthday. The original 100th birthday celebration had been postponed due to COVID,and in the year that followed,her condominium was unfortunately destroyed by two consecutive hurricanes. After relocating to Bedford, she ultimately settled at the Residences at Bedford nine months later, making this long awaited occasion Al the more significant. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for a truly exceptional celebration. The setting was elegant and the cuisine was outstanding. Most notably, the staff delivered an extraordinary level of service- consistent attentive, highly professional, and flawlessly executed in every detail. Allison Magee, Tyler Walsh, Briget Barden deserve the highest recognition for their exceptional care, remarkable attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence. The Residence at Bedford is such a caring and supportive community. Excellent gourmet food, extremely caring staff and a beautiful building and grounds. My Father-in-law is well taken care of and we enjoy joining in as a family in festive monthly events. Oh and the other residents are lovely people too. Highly recommend!

My loved one has been living at the Residence at Bedford since October 2024, first in assisted living and most of the time now in memory care. The staff couldn't be more loving and attentive toward her - it shows in how well she has adjusted and in her overall contentment in being there. The food, the activities, the entertainment, the campus - all top-notch. Highly recommend!

We feel so fortunate to have come across The Residence at Bedford. My parents settled in as one of the first residents this week, and everything has exceeded our expectations. I will include a few highlights: - Facilities: The facilities are brand new and absolutely beautiful. Much attention to detail was taken with all interior elements. Common areas are well appointed and include beautiful fireplaces, game room, pub, piano room, fitness room, activities, room, etc. - Staff: Most importantly, the staff is warm and wonderful. Arzu executive Director is highly professional, experienced,, confident, caring and responsive. She has hand-picked a staff that puts residents first and works hard to make sure that no details are left unattended. Landes carefully helped us through the sales process, going above and beyond to take measurements and conduct zoom calls to answer all of our questions. Joseph head of culinary and has made sure that the kitchen is the heart of the home, warmly greeting everyone and going above and beyond to make sure that each dish reflects his high standards. The food really blew away my expectations. - Residents: It is already clear that the community is going to be warm and supportive at the residence. Everyone is friendly and It is an interesting group of people with fascinating backgrounds and stories. I’m confident my parents are going to make a lot of new friends and have a lot of fun. I am including a picture from the pub of a recent pizza night put on by the whole staff. You see Joseph making gourmet pizza in a top of the line pizza oven. Much fun was had by all. The Residence at Bedford is a special place. Sparkling new, well-appointed, professionally run, warm, happy and engaging. Thank you wonderful staff!!!
