For the past nearly three years Excelled Care has provided service for my father as he has come to require increasing support, transitioning from an independent to an assisted living environment. Our experience has been excellent. I must say that Paula leads a truly exceptional team at Excelled. While others may struggle facing a shortage of quality health care professionals, Excelled continues to attract the best of the best talent. Those wonderful caregivers whom we have been privileged to know through Excelled continue to provide top-tier care for my father, showing empathy, compassion, professionalism and grace. Those dedicated professionals' obvious love for the profession manifests as earnest affection for my father too. Our hearts were deeply touched by many of these team members; indeed some we'll continue to consider family for years to come.

Paula and the entire team at Excelled Care are professional, caring and compassionate. Paula is always available and has been an invaluable resource for our family. I was in a situation where I could not get my 83 year old father released from the hospital to return home until I had in-home care in place. I was impressed with how quickly Excelled Care responded to me when I called them for help. They were available to me night and day. A few days later they followed up with an in-home visit to make sure the care was complete. They gave me suggestions as to how I might proceed and answered all my questions. But most important, they were available to me 24/7; I never had to worry that a caregiver might not show up. They were 100% reliable. What a godsend! When visiting physical therapists and nurses left instructions for care I passed that on to Excelled Care and they made sure the caregivers followed through with the orders. As a result, my father improved dramatically and is now living independently in an assisted living community. I would highly recommend Excelled Care for in-home care. They will be there when you need them and will do an excellent job.
