Home Helpers has been a godsend given my father and I's difficult situation. I live across the country as an only child without any remaining family, other than my dad. Unfortunately his health took a very sudden turn at the beginning of last year, and I was met with a serious health diagnosis of my own only months after, so I had very limited options for regular visitors and activities for Dad where it was impossible for me to be close by. We found Kayla through a referral to Home Helpers, and she has been the light in my dad's weekly routine. I talk to him daily, and he always mentions how much he enjoyed his time that week with her, especially the walks in nearby parks. We are very grateful for Kayla and Home Helpers and I definitely recommend them!

10 years ago, Home Helpers helped me take care of my husband with advanced Parkinson’s, so I could keep him home as long as possible. I am now 92 and Home Helpers is helping me so I can stay in my home. I am truly grateful for all the support they have given our family over many years.

When we were searching for some assistance for our mother, we settled on Home Helpers of Metrowest. Denise Roskamp, the owner, is passionate about providing exceptional care, and her dedicated staff carefully matched us with wonderful caregivers to be with her for a total of 24 hours each week. Our mother enjoyed the company and assistance of three different caregivers on a weekly basis, who were supportive and brought their own unique and special touch of care – our mother loved them all! They each took the time to learn about her likes and dislikes and how best to assist her. If one of the regular caregivers was unable to make a shift, the staff worked hard to find a replacement. Caregivers were able to post updates on a portal for us to see how our mother was doing, which was so helpful and put our minds at ease! We were very pleased with Home Helpers and will certainly contact them again when help is needed.

My father has been getting assistance from Home Helpers for a little over a year now and we really could not be happier with their service. They did a great job finding the right staffing solution for my father, and have been wonderful at finding solutions to his particular needs and situation. It is no exaggeration to say that each staff member is truly wonderful, bringing experience, generosity, and kindness into our lives. They are all experienced professionals, but they never seem to lose their patience or humanity. I don't know what we'd do without them! Sincerely
